We developed a custom application tailored to the company’s unique needs. Our solution involved:

Instant Quotation System: We created an online platform where customers could input their details and instantly generate a quote for the insurance cover they required. This streamlined the initial customer interaction and sped up the decision-making process.

Customer & Broker Portals: Both customers and brokers were provided access to a secure portal where they could view and review their quotes, access policy documents, and download invoices. This ensured transparency and easy access to all necessary documentation.

Automated Notifications: The system was set up to notify the admin team whenever a customer required further assistance, enabling quick follow-up and ensuring no inquiries were missed.

Invoice & Policy Delivery: Upon completion of a quote and payment, the system automatically generated an invoice and policy document, sending copies to both the customer and the admin team for their records.

Integration with Internal Systems: To meet the company’s internal requirements, we incorporated a feature that generated a Rich Text Format (RTF) document, compatible with their internal systems for seamless data transfer.

Results:

Efficiency Gains: The automated quotation process reduced the time spent generating quotes by 70%, enabling customers to obtain insurance much faster.
